PBB Postnatal Pilates classes will help you ease back into light yet productive movement after your precious baby has arrived.

With less time and energy on your hands, the PBB Postnatal Pilates category has been curated to make movement accessible and enjoyable for you. You can have your bub with you on your mat, pause to breastfeed or nappy change, whatever you need to do… This is your time.

Just know that even 10 minutes of PBB Postnatal a day will make you feel exponentially more energised and confident.
