My goal is to inspire you to move your body regularly, in a way that satisfies and feels good for you.

Exercise and nutrition have been prevalent in my life from a young age – from a sporty childhood, to the past decade of my career working in wellness. My first experience with Pilates was in my early teens and the days of Winsor Pilates DVDs. From then to now, Pilates is a genuine passion and joy of mine, and I have now had the pleasure of teaching for over eight years. Working alongside individuals, corporates, and in some of London’s best boutique gyms, I love nothing more than witnessing my clients discover physical happiness.
